Class rules

At Legacy we love using names! Please use your coaches name when ever you can! If you forget just ask them! They’ll always happily remind you. We don’t say coach and then the coaches name. Or miss and then the coaches name. This is because we want the child to feel comfortable with their coach.

If your coach is talking to someone you can go up to your coach and put your hand on their arm so that they know you need them and that you’re waiting. 

Your coach always helps station one first, then station two then three! This means that if you want your coach to see your trick you need to wait until the coach comes to your station. This ensures every one is seen evenly. 

When you need a water break go up to your coach and sign for water. You can do this by making a W with your fingers and placing it to your chin.  When you need to go to the bathroom, you can do it by forming the dominant hand into the letter “t.” The palm

When you need to go to the wash room go up to your coach. Make a fist and place your thumb between your index and middle finger. Then shake your fist from side to side. This is the sign for washroom!

Please keep your focus on class and with your coach. That means trying your best to not talk to your adult/ask them to watch your skill. Your adult is in the viewing room and so if you speak to them from class it can be distracting to your fellow classmates and coach. Your adult can
